STEP #1
In the workflow library, create a simple Kanban workflow.

Project boards are simple project management tools that help visualize progress. Each component is a Construction project, which moves through stages starting from Lead (where all potential constructions are stored), to In Progress, to Completed where the construction is not longer done and all paperwork have been issued, and stop, where all projects canceled are stored .
STEP #2
In the workflow library, create an invoice workflow.

DEEP DIVE
This workflow tracks all the invoices issued to the building constructions and progress is tracked by the status of the invoice; created, sent, paid or dropped.
The invoices tracked are then linked to the construction management workflow based which project the invoice is assigned to.
Total invoice amount can be viewed per stage to have a quick look on the total amounts paid and owed to the construction company.
STEP #3
In the workflow library, create a Cost Kanban workflow.

Costs incurred can be recorded in the cost workflow and linked to the relevant construction projects to which the cost is incurred for.
Amount for each cost can be seen directly without opening the card by toggling the amount field as “preview”.
STEP #4
Get notified whenever an activity occurs i.e. new Projects, new assignees, new invoice attachments, Project completions, etc. Give reactions, start conversation threads & use the latest information to fuel discussions.

Automatically convert tasks which arise during conversation into a task in the scrum board by using our “convert to card” feature.
