STEP #1
1. In the workflow library, create a Employee Onboarding workflow.

DEEP DIVE
Employee onboarding workflows help new members get up to speed with their role, the organization, & complete necessary forms. This example is divided into 4 lists:

Resources that employees can read to learn about rules, offices, vision, etc.

Tasks e.g. changing their profile picture, meet with manager, etc.

Supplies is for of all required equipment and items, e.g. IDs, laptop, t-shirts, etc.

Forms is for legal & admin documents, e.g. employment agreements, parking forms, NDAs, etc.
STEP #2
Connect this onboarding workflow to a HR-new or HR-onboarding Group with the /board command.
STEP #3
1.Add new employees to this Group – send a welcome message, encourage them to send a quick “About Me”, & Get notified whenever an employee completes items in each list.

In Tasks, Supplies & Forms, each employee will have their own checklist to complete.
Classify employees based on roles or divisions using colored tags.
